Submissions to R H Y T H M R H Y T H M Poetry Magazine appears online bianually, once in Fall / Winter, once in Spring / Summer. Each issue features about a dozen poets, between one and five poems per poet. Submissions of two to six single-spaced poems may be sent either as a Word document, or in the body of the email to rhythm@dal.ca. All submissions should include your name and the page number on each page. Please send a cover letter listing the poems you're submitting, along with a three to four line bio telling where you've been published, where you're from and anything else you think is pertinent. R H Y T H M accepts only unpublished metrical verse. If you wish, you may also submit via snail mail to Mary Kathryn Arnold, 1550 Dresden Row, Apt. 1004, Halifax, NS, Canada B3J 4A2. Please include an email address so I may reply to you. Alternately, enclose a SASE. Simultaneous submissions are permitted only if you inform me by email (rhythm@dal.ca) as soon as you know your work has been accepted elsewhere, in which case your poetry will be withdrawn from R H Y T H M. You may expect to hear from me within six months of submitting. Unfortunately, I'm unable to pay contributors as this is a labour of love.
